Hello. I am Taku Ishikawa, the director of KI General Dental Clinic.
Our clinic is guided by the belief that "Do what you want, when you want, with who you want, where you want, as much as you want," and our goal is to build a relationship of trust between the director, staff, and patients, and to provide treatment that sincerely addresses oral problems.
For this reason, we place great importance on consultation before treatment begins, and we must be thorough and only begin treatment once the patient is satisfied with the treatment plan.
With this opening, I would like to recruit staff to work with me in order to achieve the above concept.
One of my major roles is to create an environment where employees can work happily and with a sense of fulfillment, taking up nearly half of their day at work, and where each and every staff member can fully utilize their abilities.
